Hanging up a hangboard?

I bought an RPTC, now I need to hang it up on the wall. I only have one wall and no doorways (it's an old studio apartment).

I am planning to buy a pull-up bar and attaching a sheet of plywood to it using 4 steel angle brackets. It will be far enough from the wall to hang and strong enough.

But I am not clear how to attach the frame to the wall. The wall is insulated cinder block - dry wayll on steel studs, with 4" layer of mineral foam between studs and then cinder block. Can I hang up the pull-up bar frame on the studs? If not, how do I attach it directly to the cinder block (with 4" foam or studs in between)? What other options do I have?

The pull up bar you bought appears to bolt to the ceiling, what is the ceiling construction like?

It's a hanging tile ceiling, so even more difficult.

I've built scaffoldings to hang them before, this works well if you don't want to put holes in the walls/can't put holes in the walls. i've also seen people use furniture clamps (these style: homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-Smal…) to clamp 2x4's on either side of a doorway and then hang the hang board on a piece of plywood which spans between the upright 2x4's.

this is an option if your doorway will accommodate:

Eeek. In my 300 sqf palace, I literally have only one spot which I have been saving for a hangboard.

The landlord is ok with me drilling the walls. The hardware store suggested using "toggle bolts" that are long enough to go though the insulation and anchor in the blocks. Alternatively, they suggested cutting the dry wall, attaching two 2x4s to the concrete blocks and mounting the pull-up bar frame right onto the wood.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
