Death block. Sent this from midway up route. Had to place a bolt beside it at arm's length away. Carefully pulled up both lead and haul ropes first. Tried to chip pieces off to make it smaller but as the edges were removed it quickly became much fatter, so gave up on that strategy. Pried pick of hammer behind and sent it, which required almost no effort. It actually rolled my way (we guessed it would) but nothing got damaged, no one hurt (though a newly exposed-to-the-sun scorpion was pretty angry).
