Climbing Partners (Red River, New River)

Hello MP folks,

I have a big block of time set aside for climbing this fall - basically from now until around Thanksgiving. I intend to spend most of that time at the Red and the New, but I am certainly open to a little TN or NC action if I can find the right partners.

I will be at the Red Oct. 15-19 for an AMGA course, and I will stick around after that. I have been to most of the well-known areas there before, and I'd like to spend most of my time getting in mileage on 5.12 and projecting up to about 5.13b. I am open to trad and bouldering, but I am most psyched on sport-climbing in the fall.

Have been climbing for about 7 years, so I have plenty of experience and gear. . If that's a good fit for you, hit me up!

Cheers,
Preston

I'll be stopping by new river in a week or two and would need a partner. If this works for you let me know. I am also pursuing AMGA cert.

Hey Preston I'm still trying to lock down partners for that week at the red myself. Plan on getting g there Sunday night and then two days on one rest day two days on one rest day and the three days on. Finishing a rock prodigy cycle and looking to crush. Let me know if you wanna hook up for a few days

Joel and Erick,

Thanks for the replies. I will be tied up with the AMGA course until the 19th, but I am definitely interested in climbing after that.

I am planning to be there until, let's say October 27th or so. I am coming back to the DC area for Halloween, but I will return to either the New or the Red for most of November.

Dolev,

Also, thanks for taking the time to read and reply. I don't think I can do Thanksgiving. I will have to take off before then... have some family and girlfriend commitments to keep :)

Thanks,
Preston
