Northern CA climbers...moving advice needed: COOL climbing towns around Sacramento!??!!!

I should also add, having lived in Davis for 6 years, I would only recommend living there if you are a student at UC Davis or you want to send you kids to good public schools. Davis is pretty lame location and amenity-wise, IMHO

I just moved to the Angels Camp area about 1.5 hours from sacramento and am looking for climbing partners. There is a crag just north of me (central sierras) and would love to climb when you get out here. I just moved here from Flagstaff AZ also… missing the limestone/ sandstone!
