Gorilla on your back: Wild Things?

A long while ago Wild Things had an illustration showing that climbing with a pack over a certain critical weight dooms summit success.

Keep the weight down and it's like carrying a friendly monkey...over the critical weight it's like carrying a mean Gorilla on your back.

Does anyone have that illustration? I want to share with a buddy who likes to climb with more than I think he should.

Thanks!

Did you contact them? Their customer service is great and they seem to love talking about past projects.

Ok, Good idea I'll do that...it was before the "modern" Wild Things, but I'll check.

We'll there seems to be no live persons at Wild Things, and I didn't get a response to my website inquiry...

Just bumping to see if you've ever heard of this promo piece.
thanks!

Just talked to a rep at WT. They are super busy moving to a larger factory in NH. You can get ahold of them if you try often enough

Not very good customer service if they don't answer the phone or your e-mail. Regardless of how "busy" they are.

I think that was Mark Twight's contribution to WT. You could try reaching out to him but he may be harder to get ahold of than WT.

I think they are, I contacted them about their alpinist shell and asked if it was coming back. They said the alpinist proud set to launch in DEC, so I would check back then.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
