Climbing is a full body activity that will also improve your self-confidence by allowing you to face your fears and achieve your goals. As a partner activity its also a great way to meet new friends. Pairing climbing with yoga, pilates, and strength training makes for a great combined work-out, working synergistically to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
This ladies only class is designed to give you the freedom to investigate your strengths and how they can help you learn to climb. Over the 8-week course we will focus on proper foot and hand technique, balance, and problem solving skills - all in a supportive environment.
$250/8 weeks(includes BLOC membership and equipment rentals
$200/8 weeks for BLOC members
