Looking to build both strength and endurance and lose the leg mass I gained from hiking and cycling.. I've done all kinds of google searches for a good gym routine and really don't know what I'm looking for as far as keeping it climbing related.. I guess what I'm asking is will someone be willing to email me their gym routine??? I'm pretty weight illiterate as far as how many reps to sets to rest time so I don't bulk.. Also I get out to climb just about every weekend I prefer to stay out of indoor rock gyms..
Yeah I pretty much figured... Though I did look at all 20 pages I didn't find much.. Anyways I did google this thehybridathlete.com/bodywe….. I'm a week in seems pretty solid with plenty of core.. So I'll see how it goes
