On Monday 8/11 after leaving White Cliffs at 10 mi canyon by Frisco, we realized the hatch had opened and my climbing partner's pack had fallen out of the car! We were traveling west bound on 70. He jumped out of the car and started running back for it and we got off the next exit to turn around. Right as both of us were almost to the bag, someone in a silver chevy monte carlo picked up the bag and drove away. We could not catch up.

Contents of bag included:
Gray and orange aspect harness
Scarpa vapor v size 45 shoes
Gray arcteryx chalk bag
2 oval BD biners
Yellow petzyl boner
Some slings
Salomon red medium jacket
Marmot precipitation lime green jacket sz medium

If anyone knows who may have picked up the bag, Any info would be aWesome! It was right on 70w between Frisco & copper!

Thanks!

You might want to check out the summit daily. A person has been advertising finding a bag with climbing gear close to officers gulch around the 9th and is trying to find the owner.

Their contact phone number is 301-788-9662
