Misty Mountain Crag Bags?

Does anyone own a Misty Mountain Crag bag? Either the Traverse or the Gorge? I'm thinking of buying one but can't decide which. I like the features of the gorge, outside pocket and rain fly but it might be a little too big, plus it's about $50 more. Anyone that owes either have any thoughts? Do you like the bag?

I love their gear... If you don't own a misty mountain harness, buy one... You'll never climb in anything else.

A friend of mine got a Traverse for a really good price, he ended up not liking it very much, said it was uncomfortable.

There are plenty of cheaper and more durable options (but not made in USA if thats what you are looking for).

I like these 2 packs from Metolius:

metoliusclimbing.com/freeri…

metoliusclimbing.com/crag_s…

Both are significantly cheaper and much more durable than the Misty packs.

I have a Gorge pack, and love it. Best pack I have had after wearing out pack after pack from Black Diamond.

Holding up great to the infamous Red Rock scrub oak. Plus they make em to order.

I really wish they made a pack in the 30 to 35 liter range.

I have the Gorge bag and love it! Super tough, comfortable yet simple.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
