Name that nut!

Was randomly browsing images from the slideshow on the front page and noticed something interesting:

Last pitch of Creatures from the Black Saloon.

At first glance it looks just like a regular nut. Closer inspection shows that it's got what looks like either a flat cable or a piece of dyneema instead of a cable, and it has a rubber-coated loop. The closest thing my google-fu could find was the MOAC on this page: needlesports.com/NeedleSpor…

I really don't think that's it though. Anyone got some insight? I'm really curious now.

Did you PM the person who submitted the photo? Maybe they'll have some insight.

Definitely looks like an HB offset. Pretty sure the image is just blurry, making the cable appear flat (also notice the metal swage connection).

Well that was simple! I didn't know that HB offsets were made with that coating on the loop.
