Salt Lake City Based Partners, Any day

Hey Everyone,

I've already got a few climbing partners in the Salt Lake City area, but I wouldn't mind a couple more, both for outdoors and at momentum. My level is leading up to 5.8 trad, and 5.10a sport. Following harder of course.

I'm back in SLC after studying abroad and currently job searching for much longer than I expected, mostly due to the fact that I am picky about where I want to live and my area of expertise is so specialized.

I thus have a lot of free/manageable time between my job searches and want to find more climbing partners especially for the midweek but also the week who really are into the same style as I am. That style is long alpine type climbs where a lot of it may be easy yet exposed soloing and then sections of harder belayed climbing. Check out my profile and tick list to see what I mean (a lot of Mount Olympus stuff on there) and what my level is.

I like to push myself to get better so I can do some other harder long routes, so I am not against going to climb sport, indoor, and top rope as well otherwise I would not get better, plus it is probably a better first climb with a new partner. So, if you are like me with lots of free time and/or love long routes were you are constantly moving through the mountains all day or up a wall and need to be efficient with rope work, gear and be very conscious about safety, send me a message with your number and I'll give you a call.

I look forward to doing more routes like those on my tick list and harder, perhaps heading up into lone peak cirque and also up into the Tetons.

I'm looking to do some wasatch climbing next week after the 13th. Interested in mostly trad, but up for anything. I lead easy trad, follow on harder 10s and 11s. I'm also interested in longer routes. flexible schedule, a lot of availability.
