This is a long shot, but I'm looking for partners to climb a peak or two in Ladakh this month. My preference would be something moderately technical around 6000-6500 m. Kang Yatse (6400m) could be a good choice, and I've also got all the logistics planned out for a low-cost climb of Mentok -- this is a 6150m peak above Pangong Lake, with awesome views and a short moderate crux at the summit. Let me know if you'd like any details about either of these...

I'm here until Aug 1, and have full trekking and climbing gear with me. Julley!

Mentok was a good climb. I'm now thinking of trying Chakula Kangri, which is about 6500 m, located in the Ladakh Range. Reply if you're interested. I need to be back in Leh by the end of July.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
