Looking for Lost Arrow Spire Tip partner or Leaning Tower

Have two ropes and a free rack, plus some hooks, aiders and ascenders. Prefer next week for lost arrow spire tip, but the first week of August also works.

PS: anytime before Aug 10th would work, since I have to put my car in the shop, an early notice is appreciated.
