How are the bugs this time of the year at Green's? Do the black flies consume all year long or is it seasonal? Has visited within the past week or two?

Usually they would be horrible right now but, for the season, Rumney has been very minimal lately, so who knows. I haven't been out there this year yet. I was planning on climbing at Rumney this weekend, but was contemplating running in to Greens this Friday just to have a look at the conditions (see what is dry). PM me if you would be interested in coming along. I would be happy to show you the crags. I'll definitely bring the bug jacket and a can of DEET if I go.

I agree that the bugs aren't bad this season. Go for it!
