Unfortunately, I'm out this weekend. I've got work sat, sun, mon and tues. I can do Friday this week and Wednesday next. Anyone interested in Isolation Canyon next weekend? I've never been but it looks great.

The access to the McDowells is at the Tom Thumb Trailhead. Best way to get there is 101 to Pima Road. Head north. Turn east (R) on Happy Valley Road. Pass through the stop sign at Alma School and Happy Valley. Happy Valley will eventually turn north and you will turn right on Ranch Gate Road. That'll take you to a T intersection with 128th st. Turn right and that will take you to the trailhead.

Im good to climb m-w generally speeking. Im married with 5 boys so everything is subject to change. I typically wont bail on our first trip but no promises after that:)
I've been climbing trad since the early 90s i learned to climb on Mannys routes in the Santans. ill rope up with anyone with the itch to climb. Im comfortable on most 5.10 trad lines. Ill do harder with a headpoint or if its a bomber splitter. I mostly do FAs if your down for adventure in WCC or Workman Falls.

I'm out for this weekend too unfortunately, heading up to get some of the last ice and snow in the northwest. Next time!

I'll pop on the that phoenix trad fb page.

I am planning to heading up to the Pinnacle Peak area on Sunday and will be there in the morning near 9am. Send me an email if you like.

Any consensus on meeting up either Saturday at McDowell Mtn or Sunday at Pinnacle Peak? I'm available either Saturday or Sunday to climb if there's interest. It would be great to get out while the temps are good!

I'm moving down to Tempe here in August for graduate school. I've got a full rack and then some other pieces. I've been climbing for 3 years with a year of trad experience. I'll be looking for anyone willing to get out and climb often! I joined the Facebook page for now. I am not sure what my schedule will be when i get down there, but hopefully I'll have enough time to get out on the week days and the weekend. Out of curiosity anyone have a favorite gym they go to as well?

Are there definite plans to meet up tomorrow at the mcdowells?

I'm in for sure. I just glanced back at the other posts and it looks like Chad, Matt, and Ryan are in too? Chad and Matt, I have your numbers I'll give you a call tonight just so things seem a bit more real then just postings.

If I missed anyone let us know...

Basically, lets meet up at the Tom's Thumb Trail Head at 9 and we can figure out where we want to go.

Any Phoenix climbers interested in climbing in the Flagstaff area, Isolation Canyon or Jack's Canyon Sunday (May 25) or Monday (May 26)? I'm interested in any moderate trad or sport routes.
