Looking for room or floor space in Moab

So I am coming back to Moab for my 3rd year of river guiding and am hoping to find somewhere to stay for roughly NOW to mid October. I did the homeless/living out of my car thing last year and would be happy to do it again if I can't find something for the right price.

My first year I paid $180 a month to share a room with another guy and that is probably the most I would be willing to pay. My needs are pretty simple, I need space to throw 2 crash pads in your back yard or basement and simply have kitchen and shower access. Somewhere to park would be nice too but not necessary. I don't need storage just the kitchen and shower really. For this I would like to pay $50-100 per month.

I am good with lending out gear to people I trust and giving belays when I am not working. I am clean and easy to get along with. I will be gone quite a bit too on multi day trips and out of town to CO fairly frequently. This could be an easy way for someone to bring in a little extra beer money.
