Can you recommend me a physical therapist in Salt Lake/Provo area?

Hi all,
I injured my wrist over 4 months ago and its still refusing to heal. I rest it for a number of weeks until pain free, have a few very easy climbing sessions and start feeling pain again. I've seen a therapist in the past who thought it was a tendon issue but I'm suspecting TFCC.

Anybody know of any good (and cheap) physical therapists who have experieince of treating climbing related injuries?
