Hey! I'm about to study hardcore rock porn at the U of M and I'm trying to learn the lay of the land. What are your favorite areas? Also, anyone out there looking for a roommate starting around July? and one random question; is there good fly fishing in the city limits (within biking distance)?

Thanks Montanans!
I'm stoked to make it up there for good!

Missou is typically the short name for Missouri, not Missoula.

Cool picture, btw.

I haven't been over there yet, but I hear Blodgett Canyon south of Lolo is awesome.

AWESOME climbing in Missoula. PM me if you want to talk over the phone sometime. 5.13 to A5, its all here. Good to note; the most popular areas around Missoula aren't necessarily the best climbing here.... Depends on what your looking for I suppose!

The Clark Fork is awesome and runs through downtown. Lots of other options within a medium bike ride. Rattlesnake Canyon is a small creek with awesome mountain biking and beautiful fish. Do some research. Look on MP. And where the hell is Missou?
