Anybody know what it is like up there right now? I know it doesn't get a lot of sun so wondering how climbable it is in the 50s, thanks. 3/14.

The routes and approach should be fine. The descent is the only issue, I don't know if the ice on the back has melted off.

I was driving up Hi-way 50 a few weeks ago. Noticed Hogsback still had snow on the north side. Does anybody know if that has melted off? Hoping to go up there Friday if it has.

Thanks

Does anyone know the current snow status at Lover's? There's another thread that has a webcam link but it's stuck in february. I'm hoping to go in 2 weeks. Thanks in advance.

another couple days of this weather and it will be fine. i was out and about yesterday and was sinking through the snow all the way to the ground. so, if the nights stay warmish and the days get above 50, the snow below 7500 will be gone in no time. i might try to get out that way in the next week or so, i'll let you know if it's a no go.

Ze-dirtbag, were there snow on the approach or on the descent? Would like to try Corrugation Corner on Monday.

Corrugation is good to go, we climbed it today. There was a spot or two on the main wall ramp that was a little heads up due to snow and the exposure but it wasn't that bad. Route itself is dry. Descent wasn't bad either, again you're tromping through some snow in some flat sections on top but nothing sketchy on the descent itself.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
