Two jobs are available: Education Director
The Education Director will work to expand the Access Funds educational programming with the goal of educating the climbing community on ways to lessen its negative impact on outdoor climbing resources. The Education Director will utilize existing methodology and materials and create new materials, messaging, and programming to foster ethical and responsible climbing behaviors. The Education Director will work with a variety of groups, individuals, institutions, climbing facilities, and programs to solve climbing education challenges. The Education Director will be based in the Access Funds home office in Boulder, Colorado and will report to the Director of Operations. Membership Manager
The Membership Manager is a whiz at managing the Access Funds membership & donor database. This position is part of the Development Team and will be the Access Funds in-house database expert, playing an integral role in driving membership growth and donor retention through effective database management and reporting. The ideal candidate will be outcome-oriented, solution-focused, and able to identify and personally implement process and technology improvements and opportunities. Day-to-day duties include: 1) database and administrative management of the membership program; 2) general database management, reporting, and support.
