Looking to sublet/rent a house in Boulder

MP was enormously helpful to me several months ago when I needed to find a neighborhood on the Front Range to live ( mountainproject.com/v/picki… ), now I'm hoping I can keep the streak going and see if anyone has similar input on finding an actual house.

I'll be moving to Boulder in June/July. I suspect the smartest thing to do is sublet a place for the summer to get a feel for actually living in town, then sign a long term lease in Aug/Sept after the student housing crush. Generally speaking, I'd prefer to rent a 2BR/2BA single family house, but open to condo/apt/townhouse as well. Most likely aiming at something in North Boulder to be biking-distance to my girlfriend's work near the big cemetery on Diagonal Hwy, but we're somewhat open to alternatives.

I'm wondering if there are any climber connections to be made before I start scouring Craigslist, Padmapper, etc. Let me know if you have a sublet opportunity, own a property, or can make an introduction.

About me: Late 20's, climbing for close to 15 years, highly conscientious tenant, excellent credit, non-smoker, and absolutely easy going. I've gotten along phenomenally with every landlord I've had in the past 10 years and looking to keep that streak alive.
