is there climbing in tahoe?

i'm going to be at lake tahoe is 2 wks. i'd like to do a 1/2 climb. is there any such climbing? what about guide services? thanks for any info!

What is a 1/2 climb? Yes. There is a shit ton of climbing in Tahoe.

I recommend searching for the Tahoe area on this site.

If you could be a bit more specific it would be much easier to help you out. Do you want multi-pitch or single, trad/ sport/ bouldering/ top-rope soloing, north or south lake, beginner or moderate or advanced, etc.

When I moved here, I discovered that there is a ton more climbing in Tahoe than most people outside the basin realize. Have fun!

Definitely no climbing in Tahoe. Don't believe the 100s of routes listed on this site, its all an elaborate hoax
