Just want to know if anyone around these parts has any good advice on beta sources for routes in da sawteeth BESIDES Lopez's book. I am reluctant to name my specific objective because history has taught me that spelling out one's ideas is the best way to unintentionally get a route crowded. I don't want to sound like an arsehole but i'd rather wait until after my climb to meet a bunch of others. Anyway, any advice for sources of beta would be much appreciated. And I am not necessarily just interested in rock - beta around here for the perch seems to be like a bad virus!

summitpost has some beta I didn't see listed elsewhere online.

You've probably tried this, but I found info by doing creative combinations of Google searches for what I wanted and contacting people whose resulting sites had info or pics or any other snippet of info.

I will give that a shot... speaking of summitpost, i mean. And also about elephants perch too. Thanks for the Idea(s). I've done google searches before for images and done really well, but I hadn't really considered looking for route beta that way. I guess it should have occurred to me - makes perfect sense.
