The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Located just right of Voices Arete (V-easy) on the west face of the Voices Boulder.
This is a technical lieback problem with slippery hand and footholds that require a bit of thought. Tough for the grade and best done when shady or cool.
