That thing looks great.

A very very quick search did not turn up any being sold in the US. Also, looks like they retail around $50, which is quite expensive IMO.

I found one of those Simond racks at Sierra trading post a few years back and used it for a year. It functions well and is easy to unclip screws from but it takes up the entire gear loop on the harness. I also found it to be too bulky if you are in a chimney or braced up against something. I think the wire gate ovals taped in place on the gear loop is a better solution for me.
