New Feature: Topo Photos

After first announcing the new Topo Photo feature in this forum post, people have created over 100 Topo Photos in just the first couple of days.

You can try it yourself here (you can't save this example).

...I've always wondered why any photo I upload to MP, always looses color, becomes dull and a less quality photo. Why does this happen?
