I'm looking to buy some climbing pants that will keep me decently warm for rock climbing this winter. The problem is that I have a 29-30" inseam and a 33" waist and am ~175 lbs.
Most brands seem to stop at 32" inseam length and get longer as the waist size goes up.
I tried on the REI Mistral in the 30" length and I would probably have to even roll those up a tad with climbing shoes on. I've seen good reviews for the MH Winter Wanderer Pant. Any help is greatly appreciated!
The bottom of rock pants aren't that complicated. No inner gaiters or crampon guards. So any competent local tailor should be able to hem them up a bit.
I don't know if the MH WW Pant comes in different lengths; I have a pair I got 2nd hand and they are not particularly short (I'm 32 waist, 30 inseam). The lower legs are also a bit wider than I like for rock climbing too FWIW.
