Now that the login with facebOOk option icon is here I cannot login with email on the home 'puter.
Anyone else?
This post is from my phone.
I tried to backdoor my way in by replying to a post and still got bug notice.

Back dooring can have that effect.

Logging in w Facebook is like taking a picture of your phone with your phone. It's like the future... man.

Tom, I can't reproduce this yet (so I can't fix it...), but in the mean time, try going directly to this page. Hopefully you can log in from there.

mountainproject.com/scripts…

And if you can, tell me exactly how you're getting to that screen. It looks like you're clicking Login on the top right corner of the home page. Do you see a popup window, or are you getting this error message before anything happens?

Thanks

Actually, there was a convenient typo in that message ("couldnot"), which made it easy for me to find. I think it's fixed. Please let me know.

Seems fixed now Nick.
Thank you

I simply hate that when I use f-book my inbox gets bombarded with notifications.
I have an account but seldom use it for this reason.
Edit.
I was clicking the login with email in the upper right hand corner on the home page, and got the bug notice then. So I tried to reply to a post, which prompted the "you must be logged In" window, which caused the bug notice to appear.
Thanks again

Just want to clarify that using Facebook to login will NOT result in increased messages or emails from Mountain Project. It's just a simpler way to login, and it ends there.

BTW, if you use the same email address on Facebook and MP, you can use the Facebook login and it will automatically use the same account you already created with email/password.

I'm lazy, so a single click on the Facebook button beats the hell out of remembering an email/password combo, so I prefer the new system, and it automatically uses my existing account.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
