Perry-Mansfield Boys Camp held a 50 year reunion last summer (2014). Had a great time visiting Butcherknife again. Some of these guys were ages 10-15 when we climbed here in the early '60s.

Bouldering cracks just down creek towards the park area can be easily accessed from the trail via a short 1 minute walk from the trailhead.
Main Butcher Knife Face. Lead this crack and help others learn the ropes!
Across the creek and trail from the Butcher Knife Crack is the granular texture of the bread loaf-like formation. Several topropes can be accessed by side trails or up the middle of the face by a fearless leader. Middle route I rate as a 5.7 (4 or 4+ French Scale) lead! 2 bolt top anchor.
