Was up climbing at the Grotto Walls and camping at Lincoln Creek campground near Independence Pass and found this fun albeit short finger crack right off the campground entrance road(you can see my car door in photo). Looks to have been climbed with chalk on it. Felt 11a or so. Anybody have any additional info?

Definitely fun.

The time I was in the parking lot we both climbed it too. 11a sounds about right, I remember something a little spicy about topping out but managed.

I bet it saw it's FA 40 years ago.

I think this route is in the most recent edition of the Independence Pass guidebook.

Good and tough line!

Just went here today. Bouldered up to the hole where the two cracks end. Alright climbing. Around the corner are some bolted climbs. The one on the left is ok except for spinning hangers, and the one one the right is runout with really bad gear in between. Oh, and all the "bolts" are old. One pinhead and another piton of suspect quality. Anyone know the ratings?
