Farley Ledges, question

I know that the landowners don't want any information about the routes publicized, so if you could send the answer to the following question in a PM, that would be much appreciated.

Checked out Farley this past week and I was told that in the middle of the first tier there are three hard routes (just to the right of and below the BC). The left one is 13a, and the right two are 5.12something. Does anyone know how hard the two 12s are?
