Did you try the plastic bag shoe horn?

Get a piece of plastic bag (like a grocery bag) and put it over your heel after you've mashed your toes into the toe box as best you can, then yard back on the heel of the shoe and force em over your heel. When I've tried teams on in the past I've used this method and got my foot into a shoe a half size down from my street shoe size, but I think i'd want to climb in my street shoe size.

This is what I did, I wear an 8.5 and had 8.5 or 8 (can't remember) teams. I fought them on the few times I wore them, then someone showed me the plastic bag trick. It only took a small scrap and it wasn't in the way once it was on.

They fit like butter and were the best downturned shoe I ever had.

Keep your shoes and get a grocery bag.

Teams are sized notoriously small, and you can't really use sizing from other Five Tens to gauge Team sizing. I take 10 street shoe, 9 in Projects/Anasazis, and something like a 10 in Teams.

Anyone know if they discontinued the Teams yet? I think I remember hearing that.

I had the same problem with the Dragons. I wear a size 12 running shoe and a size 44 (US 10) in every La Sportiva I've ever owned (Solutions, Cobra, Miura VS, & Testarossa). I found and ordered a pair of 12.5 in the Dragons. When I opened the box they looked to be about 3/4 of the length of a US size 12 street shoe.

I sold them to a friend that wears a US Size 9 street shoe and they fit his feet perfect. I'm not sure who the hell wears 5.10's that wears a street shoe of US 12, because I haven't found any shoes in 5.10's aggressive bouldering and steep sport climbing line that I can wear. I didn't have this problem with the Anasazi Velcro. The Anasazi Velcro fit perfect, but those just weren't aggressive enough for me at least.

thats what i got here except a half size bigger than my street shoe and i cant even get them on my foot.

now as far as this plastic bag trick goes how does one get the shoe off after getting it on? i started to try to get the shoe on with this method but i bitched out just before the point of no return.

Just pull the heel down, it'll pop off your foot. The teams are designed to suction around your foot, this makes them hard to get on, but getting em off shouldnt be a problem.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
