Foreign country climbing trip recommendations?!?

I have 3 empty months from September to November to climb and would looooooove to get out of the country and go somewhere excellent. I have saved up some money and would like to treat myself - but I am still poor so I probably can't afford a trip to Kalymnos, for example. I was looking at Frey/Cochamo/El Chalten (free camping in Frey) and it sounded like Sept - Nov might not be too bad - but a friend who just spent several months there this season told me that was a little early and that the best times are more like in February.

I also thought about going to Hampi, India, which would be an awesome lifestyle/scene for 3 months and would get me strong, but at heart I am a trad climber and would rather be climbing cracks !!!

I have been to Yangshuo, Tonsai/Railey, and Potrero Chico for climbing so would be looking for new places to visit. If anyone could HELP ME OUT WITH SOME GOOD WEATHER-BASED IDEAS and any comments about that would be soo awesome! Thanks

Not sure about Frey, but yes, Jan/Feb for ElChalten.
(Feb. is like our Aug. summers end...)

Mt Arapiles - Australia. Best traditional climbing crag in the world. Camping is cheap, partners are usually plentiful and weather should be improving a that time of year.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
