anything overhanging and free standings would be a good bet...

We are completely snow free here in southern RI. It probably is not worth the drive from where you are though.

Most snow has melted in SW CT as well...

So Lincoln Woods is clear of snow or just along the shore line...

Lincoln woods is snow free. Was there on monday and walked around all day in sandals. We brought a tarp but it never even got un packed. Friction was killer and we only saw two others on the rocks.

Was just at Pawtuckaway last weekend and it was snowy on the ground but the boulders were climbable in the Round Pond, Boulder Natural, and Devil's Den areas.

Weather permitting, I plan on spending some time at Samp Mortar on Sunday

also, are the boulders hard to find?

sick of my local spots, need some new problems

samp should be plenty dry... no snow left here.

Any word on Lincoln Woods? Did it end up dumping snow down there?

I was at P way a couple days before the last storm and live like 30 min from there. Round pond, blair woods and trail side boulders were all really good and totally clear. Boulder Natural was a but burried still but there was dry climbing and we spent a bit of time there. I would assume that the more open areas like round and blair will be fine as long as you don't mind walking through snow to get to the rocks and bring a tarp. The roads are obviously closed still but blair is easy to get to with or without being able to drive all the way down to the boat launch and the walk in from the horse farm isn't bad even with snow though it does get a little icy in spots so micro spikes would probably make life easier though not a must have.

We went to pway and walked all the way in to boulder natural. Most of the rocks are totally buried, and there's snow sticking to pretty much every face that isn't overhanging....

it was a nice walk at least.

I was just home in RI this past weekend and they did not get anything from the storm (25 mins south of Providence). I don't think much fell early this week either.
