That anchor looks kinda rusty. What are the opinions of people who have seen it up close?

A little surface rust is no big deal. The integrity of those anchors is not compromised by it. However, what is sketchy about that anchor is the set up. It's not ideal, especially in that stone. They should be changed, but I don't think they are particularly dangerous at all.

The rust on the chains is not a problem at all. The jank a$$ washer and nut anchor bolts on the other hand....
