This placement screams offset cam. Either the orange/red or red/black mastercam.

Holy super sketch! No way I would trust that. Personally, I would have epoxied that left top edge to bring the outer lobe in just a tad more. Maybe would have dug it out with a hammer/chisel just to get the whole thing in a bit deeper. On 2nd thought, should probably just add a bolt there.

Or put in a stopper and keep moving.
