passing through the area, advice for single climbers?

I've never been to this part of the country before, but am passing through on a roadtrip and would love to get some climbing in.
The thing is, I'm travelling alone, so wondering if people have advice for places where I could meet other climbers.
I also would love to hear suggestions of must-see places if I only have a few days in the area (maybe a week if I'm having too much fun).

And if anyone would like to join me, I'd be down to climb just about anywhere (sport/trad) from roughly 23rd - 28th.

Thanks!
Chuck

Other than emailing people from the partner finder for the areas through which you will travel, you could also look on meetup.com for postings of local climbing groups. If the meetups aren't looking promising, try looking through the members and emailing the ones who seem most to your preference...

Hey chuck,

I'll be available to climb Tues+Wednesday next week. I'll be roadtripping around Az, so if you are up for some climbing it'd be great. I'll have a full trad rack with me.

Let me know

Thanks guys!

I just made it to the Tucson area (and internet). Will try your suggestions to find a climbing partner.

Cheers!
