Does anyone use it? Any recommendations?

I saw one a long time ago but I couldn't seem to remember what it is exactly. I saw a few while searching online but would like to get some opinions.

Thanks!

It's great for the legs, i.e. shin and calves.

I've used it a ton on my arms. It's great.

So, what do you use? Any recommendations?

I've got a roller stick and foam roller. I think the foam roller works much better because it's easier to get weight on the muscles.

edit: But either one does the trick after a run or leg workout, one just takes a bit longer to use.

Get the massager that looks like a little plastic octopus. Mine is wooden and has 4 legs with balls on the ends and ball on the top of it. A "Thericane" is a great self massager. It is a funky J shaped plastic deal. It gets most areas even legs.
Massage every day, fingers to shoulder! Just a few minutes it takes to work that shit out.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
