I emailed the company several times inquiring about the whereabouts of the products. I got a couple of BS responses early on saying that the border officials must be holding them up since the order was shipped from Canada. I admit I bought that BS excuse for a little while but now I realize that RUSH ESSENTIALS is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The company no longer responds to my emails and their phone number has been disconnected. I urge you all not to buy any of their products.Just dispute the charge with your bank. Its basically like doing a charge back. Anyway, your bank will credit you your money back. That is why I love using my Visa. If a merchant screws me over, all I need to do is call my bank and I will get my money back in an hour. However, most banks have a limit of how long you can wait. It is normally 30-60 days after the charge, so I would call your bank ASAP. |

I already reported it to econsumer.gov, they handle international claims like this one. Which as far as I can tell does nothing unless many people make a claim against the same vendor. |

Scammers or not, they sell sand... Sand! From a marketing standpoint, that is the cleverest barrel of tripe I've seen in quite some time: |

Weather you are new to climbing or have just been away for a while, you need HAND SAND. This unique blend of silica gel, sand and sea salt is ideal for toughening up skin. Just play in the HAND SAND for about 5 min a day for a couple of days and you will see the difference. Skin will get tougher, just remember for the best result , after each HAND SAND session, follow up with a fed drops of HAND JAM OIL. This will help to keep your skin flexible." Oh brother. "Just play in the sand...", good night!! If they sold one order of that "product" for the listed $13 or whatever, holy smokes - they deserve an award. I've heard of selling ice to Eskimos, etc. But sand!?? Priceless..Millions of Americans buy things they can get for free in their very own home, every day. Read: Bottled water. |

This is an official "I'm sorry" to Mike to anyone else who ordered through pay pal and did not recieve product from us, there was 6 people since feb 2012, most of which were from California. |

PSST!!!! or how about the more likely...you have no clue what you are doing....email, website, or hand sand.In her defense, GODADDY.COM is a horrible hosting company. And whether or not her products work, people have the right to buy them. Love to see Sue out there trying to make life better for herself and learning from her mistakes!! |

So maybe it's not 100% snake oil, but it's still entirely unnecessary. Why would I buy sand and creams to create calluses when I could just be out climbing? |

@Sue, |

hand sand will make your hands and fingers slippery and its not going to create callus. Everybody will form callus eventually with enough impact, exfoliation has nothing to do with it. For exfoliating purposes you can use sugar, sea salt of even used coffee grounds in a shower all over your body, but on hands and feet its only for cleaning purposes not calus forming. Volcanic ash is great as a detoxifying mask, but so is clay. The reason why they charge for it is just like they sell french clay for body masks its probably filtered. There is a huge selection of different types of clay, salts, scrubs etc in any natural foods store. Although this topic is interesting to me as a female unless the guys on here are super metro they should not be so botherred about this type of products. Its not a "guy thing" so to say. |
|
it will not cure thin sewaty skin on palms the amount of sweat glands is hereditory, by detoxifying i mean the wet clay or volcanic ash drying on your skin pulls impurities and oils out or if you rub salt or sugar grains they debride dead skin off surface. |

Jason Todd wrote:@Sue, That is not a citation, it is an anecdote.That's what I was thinking as well. That said, many businesses offer things that people could do themselves- if enough people are willing to pay for a bit of convenience then it can be a good business. I use Climb On hand salve, and while I probably could mix all the ingredients myself for a lower price it's pretty low on my list of stuff to do... |

Skin repair products for climbers....bhahaha. Jake you are metro man! U wanna see my mountain manicure? Dude its OK nobody cares anyway. |
