Yeah, I've seen that hanger before. There's one on the top of The Wedge in Joshua Tree and there used to be one at the top of the 2nd pitch of Reed's Direct in Yosemite Valley.

You guys do realize that isn't a " bolt hanger" right?

looks like a bolt hanger to me, maybe not the best bolt.
