A tiny bit of adjustment of this photo with Photoshop might make this photo go from good to great.

I'll take that as a compliment, Leo. I do my best with the limited computer knowledge that I have. Sometimes tweaking things on the computer scares me. You know... old dog, new tricks. Had it been me taking the photo, I would have shielded the lens from the sun to get better results. You're right, though, I should probably take the plunge and play around with photoshop a little more.
