Untapped boulders in Washington,NH.

Looking for someone to share my playground with. I started developing this area last year. So far the boulder count is 150 with most having 3 or more problems each. I got around 60 problems cleaned and sent in the range of v0-v6 but there's MANY project. Height range is 6'-30'. I'm not familiar with rock types but its definitely granite mixed with a conglomerate type.SHARP! Pm to arrange a meeting place. I can't post because it's on private property. I spoke to the local cops and the lands can be used seeing as it is not posted. The pictures aren't the best as they are from last year but gives you an idea of what is there. If you live within 30 min. drive you should check this out. |

I really wish I lived there right now because those boulders look quality, but what is your motive for publicizing them? If I had a large area like that to develop by myself, you can bet your top dollar I wouldn't tell a soul about them. |

My main reason is my wife usually gets transferred cuz of work every 3 years and I don't want all my hard work to get reclaimed by mother nature. Plus 90 acres of the land is for sale so if I get the right people interested maybe we can get it purchased in some sort of trust to keep open for future use. Also it would be nice to climb with someone for a change. It's just me,my dog and music so I put myself in some sticky situations. There's some hard shit back in there and I need to see some beta. Your fingers get shredded quick. One thing that place has taught me is too climb smart, don't get tunnel vision and repeat the same movement if it's not working. If your ever back this way look me up I'll hook you up with a guide book.(still working on it) |

Nice find on the boulders. Wish I lived near so I could help out with the projects. I had to throw away my speakers after listening to that music though. |

Out west, we probably have a different mentality, and don't have to worry about land being purchased, as nearly every climbing area (fortunately) is on open space. I don't know how popular bouldering is in your area, but in Colorado, you gotta hoarde your best areas to yourself, lest the wrong person gets shown (then an ass-load of people come), and then you have shitty access issues. Good luck with this development the place looks like it's got some really good, technical boulders. |

Looks like a nice find! Are you going to make that guide into a PDF and drop a link on mp.com? Looks cool! |

I'd love to help you figure out some projects and new problems.. I am down in Cape Cod, but I will be up in NH a lot during the Fall doing some bouldering. I'll be back from a climbing road trip in early September so let me know if you'd like to climb! |

@Evans~I would do the same if I watched a video with country music. |

I'd go all the time. I live in Concord right now. |
