Description Suggest change

This area is all top rope climbs. The climbs are short but can be tricky. Long slings and a rack are needed to set up TR. Climbing on the east side of the rock can provide some great beginner routes.

Getting There Suggest change

Park 0.2 miles past the Haus Rock turnoff. There is going to be a large parking turnoff on the left side of the road after a sharp turn and a large boulder. The parking is large enough for 6-8 cars. Head up a trail from the eastern end of the lot (right of parking). Follow the trail up and to the left for about 5 minutes.

Per George Bracksieck: drive 1.6 miles toward Montezuma from US 6. Park at a pullout on the right, which may hold three cars. There’s a brown USFS stake that says “No Camping.” The trail begins across the road.

The next pullout on the right, which is basically a continuation of the former, has a sign saying “Private Land.” Just around the bend to the left (and on the left) is a large pullout that has signs saying “Private Land” and usually has a big white RV or two. The big pullout that “Getting There” says can hold “6-8 cars” is yet farther up the road, on the left. A rock can be seen above this wrong pullout, although it isn’t Zuma.
