The first few moves are definitely, solid 5.10, I put a bolt on the first crux right off the deck, in case you can't place a piece. There is a flared seam, if you want to lead trad, back up the first piece immediately. Everything is mild 5.9 after that, until up have to make the two moves to the anchors.
