The lookout from atop of the Up Stairs, just next to a fantastic camping spot. In the distance on the left is top of Mount Crawford (climbing?). On the other side of Crawford is Missing Wall and Texaco Slabs. Way out in the back (tallest peak in sight) is Mount Carrigain. On the other side is <a href='/v/the-captain/106171938'>The Captain</a>. The rocks showing on the right side of the photo host the <a href='/v/frankenstein-ice-climbs/105890751'>Frankenstein Ice Climbs</a>.

Great place isn't it ?
I gues even with the road closed, you could bike up then walk in.

Still lots to do up there.

Beautiful area. If it wasn't for your heads up, I'm not sure I would have been that enthusiastic to get out there. Now I'm excited to drag a rack and friend out for a long weekend and maybe bag my own lines! :D
