Whats the worst weather or lowest temps you ever lived in your car for?

The real question is...

I don't have a room in my dorm anymore so I was thinking about just dbaging it for the next year while being a full time student. Last year was pretty cold so not sure if I actually have the gonads to do it, but any way to insulate a car better? Im living out of a Jeep, and last year the low in Jan. was -38 and a few days just a few degrees better.. Is it possible?

In college my friends and I built a car to compete in SPL drag. It was a single cab Toyota. The interior panels would rattle badly. We sprayed expanding foam in the panels by running the hose between the window and plastic panel. Be conservative, we underestimated the expansion and bowed some of them... It didn't rattle anymore though. I suppose you could take this approach (for the insulating properties of the foam). If you have a soft-top you may just have to get in your bag and a bivy sac. Good luck, that would be commendable if you could stick it out that long. You may not land much tail when they find out where you live though.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
