I am going to be traveling/climbing through washington and really want to visit gold bar boulders. is there any guidebook or someone who could show me around in early August

if you don't find a partner, then Central Washington Bouldering is available through REI or through Leavenworth Mountain Sports. If you plan on picking it up at one of these places, you'd probably want to call ahead to make sure a copy is available.

@ Hank...I have been looking at mountain project every day and have a great idea of some problems that look cool but i still kind of want a hard copy to look at while im out there

Not to thread jack czukes OP but I figure this would be a good place to ask this question.

Any way to drive up to the boulders? Went there today and we hiked up from the road because there was a gate blocking the gravel road but we saw a car parked up top and would love to know how we get up there. Would save a lot of time. Thanks!
