I got the ship notification on my Solutions this morning. Phew (got them for the original 35% off). That was a great one day sale!

Was I the only one that price-matched to another store? I figured those guys at Alssports would get swamped or maybe it was a fluke. I got the full 40% off at Moosejaw, as it turns out 40% off is their limit for price-matching. I have my shipping confirmation and I'm just waiting now.

"Umm Yeeaaah, we just noticed that since you bought the crash pad at the price you did that we can't give you free shipping...Sorry, but it's either give us $15 more dollars (for oversized shipping) or we can't sell it to you"

The pad was over the $75 mark just to clear that up...

Maybe I'm overreacting because I just spent 3 hours at the DMV but this is ridiculous! Don't advertise it for less that you can sell it for!!!

I liked Alssports before but now I don't. Maybe I'll like them again in the future though...

lol, spending time at the DMV will do that to anyone I think. Bummer though anyway.

just buy whatever you need to get up to that $75 free shipping $ amount, don't just cough up $15 arbitrarily.

It does say free shipping for orders over $75 only, right on the front page of the website. I don't know who thought the free shipping applied to every sale.

The pad was $140. It was because it was oversized that they couldnt do it for free. They said they were still covering most of the shipping except that $15. I'm just canceling the order. It never said anywhere before I got the phone call that there would be extra charges for oversized shipping.

I've only gotten one of my orders, and I ordered them both on the same day.... Anyone else still waiting?
Chris Knapp · · Unknown Hometown · Joined Apr 2011 · Points: 0

Still waiting on mine. They never gave me a tracking number either, so I have no idea when it is supposed to be here. Anyone else have that happen?

Same here. I got the confirmation that it was sent by UPS but no tracking number.

I received mine. No tracking number but it arrived promptly. Just gotta be patient.

I got an e-mail that my package was shipped ups but with no tracking number. Before I could worry, it arrived Priority mail. I didn't know climbing shoes would fit in my mail box, but it was a nice surprise...

thanks for the heads up DannyU...

I got one of my two orders. I called over the weekend and they told me that since it was an all BD order, it gets fulfilled from a nearby BD warehouse directly. She said it could take up to a week to get it, so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

I got the same email with no tracking number, my gear showed up yesterday by priority mail. I'd guess their system only knows how to handle UPS tracking info and is sending out emails with no trafficing number when the packages are shipped USPS.

It's drop ship fulfillment so they don't have the tracking info to send to you. i

I figure they undoubtedly got slammed with orders and they're doing the best they can to get them out as quickly and efficiently as possible. +1 on the slight delay caused by drop shipment fulfillment. The toys will arrive. Just got to have a bit of patients.
How many patients do you think it's going to take?
Dude up there scores a mad deal on a pad then bitches and moans about paying $15 extra to ship a massively oversized item? Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn son, I'm surprised your sense of entitlement doesn't make you want to sue them for false advertisement. That's righteous anger if I've ever seen it...

I received both my orders promptly, no tracking #. Settle down beaters.

right, patience pays. The small delays don't nearly make up for the discount. Its a great deal. I've bought from these guys before and they are solid

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
