Climbing Rumney N.H. Permits and/or fees?

So me and a few friends are headed to Rumney the trird week of June and looking to climb everything possible. I had read in the guidebook something about parking permits. Can anyone tell me where I could obtain a parking permit and are there any other permits needed to climb in the area?

At the parking lots there are self-pay stations. 3$/day and you can get one permit for multiple days. I spent the last two days up there and thats the only expense we had, other than offsite camping.

If you camp across the street, you can walk to all the crags and don't have to pay to park. But camping ain't cheap, and there are no showers. INFO FROM 2009/10?
