Whoa! I hadn't seen this -- thanks for posting it. That's horrible news, but it looks like Bean is giving it the good fight.

Maybe change the subject of this thread to something like "Bean Bowers needs your help", or "Bean Bowers cancer fundraiser in Boulder", so it will catch more people's attention.

Let's fill the house, and raise some money to help him out.

Damn, I just heard this from a friend about Bean last week. Bean is a cool cat and I used to run into him all the time in the Black and ice climbing. Always remembered me and is a truly genuine climber guy. Best wishes to Bean and his family. I will not be able to make it to the fundraiser, but will definitely pony up some loot. Keep kicking ass Bean, you are an inspiration to us all.
